Recently, I got to interview Dr. Julie Hanks, and learn more about how women entrepreneurs struggle with being assertive and how it can affect the growth and success of their businesses.
Julie is a self-care evangelist, author, relationship expert, media contributor, blogger, and speaker with over 20 year experience counseling women, couples and families. She is emotional health and relationship expert and top online mental health influencer who helps women who are overwhelmed and feel “never good enough” deal with burnout.
It was exciting to interview Julie because she was actually my first business coach back when I started my first business! It was fun to reconnect and discuss some of our own struggles with assertiveness.
