Mindfulness is something that you need to continually practice — luckily it’s possible to become more mindful with just making small changes to your habits. The last episode of “Mindfulness in a Minute” was about changing a behavior that you do a couple of times a day — this week’s video is going to help you become aware of something that you’re doing much more than you even want to think about.

Remember to have fun with this! If you forget to do it once, it’s okay — just noticing that you forgot means that you’re being more mindful.  Check out Episode 2 below:
