2. Once I received the completed form, either my assistant or I will reach out to you with a link to my schedule so that we can book your complimentary 15 minute strategy session.
3. We’ll hop online or on the phone for 15 minutes the day of our session where we’ll pinpoint what’s got you down & how you can start changing it immediately. You’ll get at least one strategy that you can use immediately to get your stress levels down and your happiness levels up.
