I get it. I really get it.
When I first heard the term “multiple income streams,” I thought it meant the 3 jobs I was running between just to pay my bills.
I know the paralyzing overwhelm that comes with trying to keep all the balls in the air all by yourself. I also know it feels easier to stay stuck in old cycles when building your own business, even though you got into it to do things differently in the first place. (*Raises hand* It’s me, hi! I left my first and only 9-5 job because of how toxic the workplace was and then found myself playing out some of those very same patterns on my own!)
But everything changed for me when I found and implemented a business strategy based on leveraged income that removed the need for me to be working on my business constantly, and freed up room for more life.
That’s when it all clicked.

I was trained to excel at the service I provided,
not how to run a business…
that was something I had to learn on my own.
When I first started out in business, I was:
Overbooking (and under-charging) 1:1 clients just to make ends meet every month. Talk about stressing out whenever I wanted to take a day off, where would the money come from?.
Handling every task imaginable - bookkeeping, finances, copywriting, tech issues, web design and more - without outsourcing for any outside help.
Going alllll the way in on any and all income streams at once - books, courses, coaching, affiliate income, groups, 1:1 clients, and more... you name it, I was trying it.
I wasted so much time, energy, and money trying to figure out what worked all by myself…but I knew there had to be another way.
I started to see the patterns, identify the leaks, the holes, and the places that were draining the very resources I was doing this all for in the first place…
My time. My energy. And my bank account.
I tried all of the ways that didn’t work, so I could create the systems and processes that finally DID.
I stopped overcomplicating everything and went from being an overbooked and underpaid service provider to building programs + offerings that allowed me to create more impact, more profit and more freedom.
Yes… even when I wasn’t connected to any wi-fi.
I’ve been told I’m the perfect combination of honest and down-to-earth.
I'm known for being a straight shooter, always direct and upfront. I don’t believe in sugarcoating the truth, but I do believe in delivering it with respect.
I got my Masters in Social Work at Columbia University, which helped me to become really good at solving problems from a compassionate and individualized lens.
So as a business coach and former therapist, I take a very personalized approach to business strategy,
I get that not every approach works for every person – as someone with ADHD, I’ve learned this all too well.
So while I will always challenge you to tiptoe outside your comfort zone, I’ll never force you to do anything you don’t want to or that doesn’t feel right for you and your business.
Encourage? You betcha. Force? Not my style.
I’m also a realist.
Sure, scaling to 6 or 7 figures while only working 10 hours a week sounds alluring, but the truth is, upleveling your business takes commitment, time and work.
I won’t ever promise you the impossible…but I will support you in reaching the income goals + the business you want that might currently feel out of reach.
In short, this is what I believe:
Success is as much about working smart as it is about working hard.
You deserve to be wealthy no matter what type of business you have.
You don’t have to sacrifice everything to build the business (and the life) that you want.

I’m a speed reader and can finish an entire novel in a single day! (Thankfully, I’ve set my business up to allow for this 🤓) I‘m always packing my Kindle with new books for the next time I need a day to just relax and read.
I once packed my whole life into a suitcase, taking off to South America to volunteer and travel for 3 months by myself—with no job waiting back home! It was scary but 100% worth it, and it got me started with the skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur.
I quit my first and only 9-5 job because of burnout, bad management, and a toxic work environment and never looked back. I guess I knew pretty early on that that kind of life just wasn’t going to be for me. Thanks, but no, thanks!
